I just might die of starvation

Ok so I went to this natural path to see if she could figure out the digestive problems I have been having since my gallbladder removal. It was the most expensive Doctors appointment I have ever had. (other than giving birth of course) So of course I want to follow through on what she is telling me to do. Because I have to make it worth it. She has pretty much eliminated everything from my diet. I sure won't have any trouble losing weight on this diet because I can pretty much eat nothing . Ok, mom says I have to be positive and look at what I can eat not what I can't eat. So here goes. I can eat:
Chicken, Veal, Butter (1/2 tsp), Buttermilk, Hard Cheese (unprocessed), Ghee-Clarif. Butter (if anyone knows what that is let me know), Yoghurt (plain, fat free), Goat Yoghurt & Cheese (Yuck), Carp (?), Salmon (wild), Halibut (wild), Snapper, Sole, Banana, Blueberry, Pear (cooked), Papaya (Yuck), Olive Oil (1/2tsp)
All of the following only cooked: Cauliflower, Green Bean, Peas, Potato, Garlic, Carrot, Bellpeppers, Parsley, Celery Root, Asparagus, Mushrooms, Spinach, Chards, Beet Tops, Tomato, White Cabbage, Onion, Sweet Potato, Eggplant, Oats, Corn, Rice, Rye, Buckwheat, Barley, Wheat, Spelt, Kamut, Brewer's Yeast, Baker's Yeast
Black & Green Tea (Yuck), Splenda (Yuck)
The following herbs and spices only fresh: Anise, Basil, Curry, Marjorim, Nutmeg, Cloves, Peppermint, Rosemary, Tumeric, Thyme, Juniper, Cinammon

And that is all folks. Nothing other than those things am I allowed to eat. I mean I get to eat all of these things. Please pray for me. I think I might die.

I would get a second opinion. The diet sounds far too high in fat, and a bit strange. Some of those items are a bit exotic, aren't they?
